At Lake Oswego Montessori School (LOMS), our mission is simple -- to
help children blossom. We employ the teaching methods developed by
Dr. Maria Montessori that help children develop self confidence and
learn naturally at their own pace.
Our school has a limited enrollment which allows the school director,
Beverly Jacob, to work with each child in a one-on-one manner. However,
a limited enrollment does not mean limited resources. LOMS has been
here for over forty years. Classrooms are stocked with hands-on learning
materials and our playground is simply the best in town, including a two
foot deep pool open in the summer and a large covered play space for
rainy winter days.
We accept children ages 2.5 - 7 and are located adjacent to Bryant
Elementary School at 17823 SW Central Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.
